12 personal training sessions foradults . Geared towards general fitness, basic strength and
conditioning, and basic endurance. May include strength, power,
flexibility, speed development or endurance running. This is designed
for Non-Athletes. Schedule to be worked out with a personal coach. 14
weeks are allowed to complete 12 sessions. Athletes will work with Ric
Rojas and/or Heather Biglow.
